Thanks to everyone who turned out to support Bike Santa Cruz County! We raised a whoppin’ $1,065 in just two hours! And of course, ate a lot of delicious pie.

We’re Back! Next Community Pie Potluck – Sunday, April 29
It’s been a while, but we are so excited to announce the next Pie for the People Santa Cruz event!
Join us for a community pie potluck to benefit Bike Santa Cruz County.
About: Bike Santa Cruz County promotes bicycling through advocacy, education and community building. Specifically, we’ll be raising money for their Earn-A-Bike Program.
When: Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 1 – 3 pm
Where: Homeless Garden Project Farm in Santa Cruz (Shaffer Road at Delaware Ave)
Please bring:
- The whole family
- A sweet or savory vegetarian pie*
- $5+ donation per person to benefit Bike Santa Cruz County
- Your own plate/fork/spoon/napkin/mug
*If baking isn’t your thing, don’t worry! Come & just bring an extra buck or two.

The news cycle may have moved on, but our immigrant friends and neighbors still need our support.
Join us to raise money and eat pie in support of the Santa Cruz County Immigration Project (SCCIP).
About: SCCIP provides free competent and professional legal services, advocacy, and community education and information for Santa Cruz and Pajaro Valley immigrant families.
When: Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 1 – 3 pm
Where: Homeless Garden Project Farm in Santa Cruz (Shaffer Road at Delaware Ave)

The Sun Came Out for Pie & Senderos!
After weeks of rain, the sun magically came out and we celebrated the work of Senderos.
We raised over $1,300 and had a great ol’ time!

Magic Day in the Garden!
On September 24, we held a Pie for the People-Santa Cruz benefit for the Homeless Garden Project.
It was a beautiful sunny day with a record breaking turnout and a whopping $1,665 raised! See photos in our Facebook album.

The May 22, 2016 Pie for the People-Santa Cruz event in support of the Diversity Center of Santa Cruz County was FABULOUS! We raised over $1,000 and ate lots of amazing pies, tarts, and galettes.
